I. Characteristics and uses:

II. The main structure The coating machine is mainly composed of three major mechanisms: sizing coating, cooling setting, automatic adjustment of belt deviation, and automatic belt pulling.
III. Working principle The coated food is manually placed on the screen because the drum stirring shaft is driven by the motor and the sizing mesh belt is driven by the motor. The coater can be fully coated or semi-coated. For semi-coated, just close the sizing tube valve, open the bottom bucket valve, and start coating the bottom. The chocolate slurry in the holding tank is pumped into the slurry hopper by the slurry pump. When the coated food is passed by the mesh belt and passes through the slurry hopper, it is poured with chocolate. When the chocolate-coated food passes through the hot air outlet, the air volume can be adjusted, and the coating surface can be blown thinly and evenly. The paint mesh belt is connected to the conveyor belt and automatically enters the cooling tunnel. The residence time of paint and food in the tunnel is generally 6-8min.
