Dog Soft Treat Extruding Machine
Introduction
Dog Soft Treat Extruding Machine is specially designed to make pet treat with high percentage meat, max percentage can reach 60%.
The raw materials are usually the mixture of meat paste, rice flour, starch etc. With cooling system, no heating was generated during extrusion, thus it's possible to add lecithin or probiotic etc can be added to assure the nutrition of the treats.
The treat sizes shapes can be various by changing molds. Dual color treat can also be added when two extruders working together.
The extruder includes two cutting system: short treats are cut on die head, while long treat can be cut by cutting machine after cooling.

To increase the capacity, the machine can be made with two cutting heads and cooling conveyor. Separate control can assure the accurate cutting size.
